For successful payment via Maybank2u and FPX, please follow the steps below. If you are using Mozilla FireFox, please click here.

1. Please ensure that the pop-up blocker for your internet browser is disabled. Goto Tools -> Pop-Up Blocker -> Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.

2. Request any required TAC code for internet payment from your respective bank.

3. When you proceed to check out after making purchase at Crafio.com.my, select Maybank2U at the payment method.

4. You will be directed to Secured Payment Page as follows. Click on the Pay by FPX button.

5. Please read the FPX's Terms and Condition and click accept at the radio button to proceed. Key in your email address and select Maybank2U at the drop down list then click the Submit button.

6. You will then be brought to Maybank2u login page. Click OK when asked to close any window which is no longer in use.

7. Login to your Maybank2u account and you will be shown the total amount of your order. Mobile88.com Sdn. Bhd., who is our secured payment handling agent, will be displayed as the Payee. Click on Next to proceed.

8. Key in the TAC code sent to you from your bank for internet payment and click the Confirm button. The payment will be processed and you will be redirected back to Crafio.com.my e-Commerce site. To check the status of your order, simply click the Account Maintenance button which will bring you to the details of your order.
