1.  Have you had your TAC code ready?
 If you plan to pay your purchases with online banking, a TAC code is usually needed. It will be wise to have it ready before you proceed to check out.
2. Turn off your pop-up blocker to make your payment process smoother.
 Pop-up windows are involved in our check out process. If you have your pop-up blocker turned on, you will not be able to proceed with the check out process as you will not be able to see the pop-up menu. Click here to follow our instructions on how you can turn off your pop-up blocker.

  • How do I choose the shipping method?
    We offer two types of shipping, namely Normal Registered Post and Poslaju. Please note that the shipping charge is different if you are located either in the Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah or Sarawak. All goods are dispatched from our office in Penang. So under the same shipping type, you may notice that the shipping rate is further refined to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. If you are located in Sabah, please choose the shipping rate that is for Sabah and likewise for those in Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak. 
  • When can I expect to receive my parcel?
    We strive to dispatch your parcel within 2 working days after receiving the payment for your order when the item you ordered is in stock. We use Pos Malaysia for delivery. The service standards as promised by Pos Malaysia below for Normal Registered Post can be use as guidance:
    • Intra-urban ~ D+2 (mail delivered to its destination two working days after posting.
    • Inter-urban (same state) ~ D+3
    • Inter-urban (different state) ~ D+4
    • Urban to non-urban ~ D+4
    • Peninsular Malaysia to East Malaysia ~ D+7
    While we strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, the duration taken by Pos Malaysia to deliver the parcel to your doorstep is completely out of our control.
  • I am in urgent need of this item. Can you help?
    Yes, if you need the item fast, we can post the item for you with Poslaju, which you will usually receive the item within 48 hours after dispatch. Please select the appropriate "Pos Malaysia: Poslaju" shipping option at check out and we will include the Poslaju charges in your bill.
  • What if an item I order is not in stock?
    While we make sure that all the items put on crafio.com.my is in stock, there are times under rare occasions that an item is out of stock or we think the quality of the item is not up to our standard to ship to you and it is the last one we have. If such a case occurs, we will inform you immediately and you can choose either a refund or a replacement.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    It is very much regretted that the attractive pricing and shipment rates can only be offered to the residents of Malaysia. In order to make an order, it is required that the shipping address that you provide is in Malaysia.
  • How much do you charge for shipping?
    Shipping is charged according to the total weight of all your orders following the postage rates offered by Pos Malaysia or the rates offered by a courier agent if you request to use a courier service. We also charge a minimal additional fee for packaging materials and handling.
  • What should I do if I still do not receive my item after an extended period of time?

If the parcel is sent with PosDaftar, Poslaju, Domestic Parcel or through a courier service, we can provide you with a tracking no. where you can enquire at a post office near you or the courier company respectively. We can also help to initiate an enquiry at the post office to track down the parcel.
